 Method

1. Cook the noodles following packet directions in the microwave. Drain well. Set aside.
   
   

2. Combine cornflour, soy sauce, and beef stock in a small bowl. Mix well to combine.
   
   

3. Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
   
   

4. Add the oil, swirling to coat the pan.
   
   

5. Add mince and stir fry for 3-5 minutes or until browned.
   
   

6. Transfer to a heatproof bowl.
   
   

7. Stir-fry bok-choy in wok for 3 minutes or until leaves are starting to wilt (add a splash of water if you find bok-choy is sticking or starting to burn).
   
   

8. Transfer bok-choy to a bowl.
   
   

9. Add the onion to the wok and stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes or until just starting to soften.

500g Quality Mark beef mince

1 tbsp olive oil

350g noodle, instant, boiled, drained

2 tsp cornflour

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 cup beef stock

1 bunch bok choy

1 onion

1 celery stalk

2 carrots

100g snow peas

400g corn

Some of the highest points I had this year were when I got excellence in some of my tests.
Some of the lowest points were when I didn't get excellence in my tests and not doing better in my tests . 
My goal for year 10 is to improve in all subjects and get better at listening to instructions and the teacher and not talk back to the teacher also study more so I am prepared for my future tests.

The death stalker scorpion eats small insects such as crickets, arachnids such as scorpions and spiders*, centipedes* and earthworms. Although deathstalkers prefer eating freshly killed organisms, if food is scarce they will also eat less fresh organisms.
The deathstalker scorpion lives in hyper-arid and arid regions. They originate from the Palearctic regions as well as the West Asia and the Middle East.

social studies video

 Today we viewed a video in our Social Studies class called “Consumerism”.  The video was an animated story about consumerism and how we get pressured to get the latest phone, clothes, cars. The main message I got from this video was you dont always have to have the latest stuff and it doesnt matter if you don't have the latest stuff and at the end of the day they all the same thing.

Term reflection and goal setting

 

One thing I wish I did differently in Term 3 was pay more attention to the teacher.

My main focus this term is to focus during class

When I need help I know to now ask for help

At the end of this term, I want to be able to say that I achieved my goal of focusing during class.
